This Agreement (together with any exhibits or schedules hereto, the “Agreement”), dated as of December 1, 2023, by and between Storm Mountain Publishing Company (the “Company”), on behalf of its print publications and its online and electronic assets including social-media (together the print publications and online and electronic assets are referred to herein as the “Media”), and you, the submitter of this form as recorded in the “First” & “Last” name fields (referred to herein as the “Contributor”) shall govern the submission of all editorial including written words, illustrations, videos and photographs, whether on film, digital media or any other format submitted by Contributor (the “Editorial”) to Company, and their publication by Company

Contributor hereby grants to Company the following rights in and to the Editorial throughout the world, with all other rights being retained by Contributor:
(1) The right to publish the Editorial in the Company’s Media.
(2) The right to publish and use the Editorial, as well as Contributor’s name,
likeness, photograph and biographical information in the Media.
(3) The right to edit and alter the Editorial for publication in Company’s sole
discretion.
(4) The right to include the Editorial in future anthologies and other book and magazine collections, calendars, video programs, or in any other media derived from the Media, upon payment of a fee to be negotiated in good faith between
Contributor and Company, not to exceed 50% of current usage rates, depending upon the Company’s good faith sole judgment on the use, size and placement of Editorial.
(5) Non-exclusive continuous rights in Company’s online and electronic assets.
