Part of APO’s first foray into outerwear, these pieces have critically taped seams, are rated at 10K/10K and insulated with 80, 60 and 40 grams in the body, sleeves and pants, respectively. Inside the left hip pocket is an attached Digistick for operating your smartphone without removing your gloves, and underneath the zipper flap is a strategically placed audio pocket. Other features include pit and thigh vents, spandex wrist gaiters and a sewn-in powder skirt that attaches to the adjustable waistband on the pants for those snorkel-worthy days. Finally, on the exterior jacket cuffs, you’ll find a zippered pass pocket on the left and a Velcro “4:20 pocket” adjacent to it.
