Blizzard relies on a unique construction called Carbon Flipcore DRT to boost the Rustler 10’s versatility. It also utilizes a specially shaped layer of Titanal that runs through the middle of the ski for incredible torsional stiffness, catering to harder snow conditions. In the tip and tail, Blizzard includes a unidirectional carbon frame for sustained strength lengthwise without stiffening across the ski to allow for easy turn initiation in deep snow. “Skis like a bullet from a gun,” commented Tae Westcott, while Mikey Wechsler added, “It’s definitely one of the best in this category.
