Black Diamond’s all-new Boundary line features three skis designed to handle a variety of terrain both within and beyond the resort ropes. The Black Diamond Boundary 107 Skis — most popular among our testers — features a nimble poplar wood core reinforced with fi berglass for added torsional rigidity. Combined with a rocker-camber-rocker profi le, the Boundary 107 doubles as a hard-snow charger and soft-snow assassin. To dampen up the ride, Black Diamond utilized rubber in the sidewalls just behind the edge contact point, reducing dreaded tip chatter. “No rattling whatsoever at high speeds … poppy, stable, stoked,” said one tester.
