Would you eat this mystery Japanese cuisine? Go behind the scenes of MSP’s “Fade to Winter”

For skiers, normal aspects of Japanese culture often go overlooked—mostly due to mind-blowing pow and incredible glades. Last year, however, during a down-day of filming for their 2015 feature Fade to Winter, team MSP Films decided to swap out ski poles for a set of chop sticks and get down and dirty with some Japanese cuisine. In the behind-the-scenes footage above, you’ll witness pro skiers James Heim, Mark Abma and Michelle Parker challenge each other to a smorgasbord of Asian convenience store foods. As expected, it’s incredibly entertaining.
