In Europe, the public transportation systems are so intricate that, if you wanted to, you could rely on them solely to carry out an in-depth urban skiing mission. So, that’s exactly what Tom Wallisch, Mike Hornbeck, Khai Krepela, Niklas Eriksson and Kevin Salonius did this winter—documenting each step along the way for this incredible short film, Baltic Ski.
“To me, one of my favorite aspects of urban skiing is the accessibility. You can live in a city, any city in the world that gets snow, and go skiing every day,” says Wallisch.
