See Team Vacation’s second place edit from the World Heli Challenge

The World Heli Challenge changed up its format this year, inviting two teams to spend nine days filming in the backcountry around Mt. Cook in New Zealand. The teams would each produce an edit at the end of the trip to vie for the grand prize of $10,000. In the end, an international panel of judges chose “Team Mates,” a snowboard crew from Australia over “Team Vacation,” comprised of skiers Dylan Siggers and Essex Prescott, along with filmer Leo Zuckerman. While “Team Vacation” fell short of the grand prize, the crew put together a solid edit full of big lines and big airs.
