“So far the 2012/13 winter season has been full of intense activity for 21 year-old freeskiing professional Elias Ambühl. Originally, he had planned to compete at the final rehearsal for Sochi’s Olympic Games, but due to a lack of snow, the slopestyle competition had to be cancelled. Still his appointment calendar had another season highlight: The Freestyle World Championships in Voss, Norway.
The world’s best freeskiers flew way up north to fight for the world championship titles. Elias gave his all for the win but unfortunately he crashed on the last landing of the slopestyle course in both runs. This episode offers behind-the-scenes exclusives from key figures within Elias’ entourage, and, during a photoshoot at home, viewers will get a sneak peek of Elias and Enio, his little nephew, enjoying some free time together.”
