Phil Casabon officially inks new deal with SPY

Phil Casabon has officially joined team SPY. “B-Dog” joins the likes of Ahmet Dadali, Wiley Miller, Adam Delorme, JF Houle, Maude Raymond, Tim McChesney, Julian Carr, Steve Stepp, John Kutcher, Max Morello, Dylan Ferguson, Khai Krepela, Corey Vanular, Mitchell Brower, Charles Gagnier, Dave Crichton and many more with his move the to the SPY family.

Carlsbad, California — SPY is Happy to announce skiing and style visionary Phil “B-Dog” Casabon will now rock Happy Lens™ snow goggles as the newest addition to SPY’s pro ski team.

Awarded Powder Magazine’s Jib of the Year in 2014, Phil has solidified himself as one of the most creative and well-respected skiers on the planet. Setting the web on fire with the release of his personal movie project, Keynote Skier, Phil has garnered the attention of peers and media alike for redefining what’s possible on skis. Displaying his unrivaled approach to creative lines in cityscapes, parks or powder, Phil has raised eyebrows for nearly a decade and shows no signs of slowing down.

“Phil’s mindful approach to skiing has shaped his style in a way that makes it calculated, yet free-flowing,” says Andrew Thomas, SPY ski team manager. “His desire to connect personally with his fans speaks volumes about his character and we are happy to have him join the SPY family.”

In addition to his personal film project, Phil is also the co-creator of the B&E Invitational, a unique event that unites the most influential skiers in the world. Held on an unconventional course and encouraging progression through an open jam style format, the upcoming B&E Invitational will take place on March 12, 2015 in Les Arcs, France, and can be viewed live via web stream across the globe.

On a mission to stack creative clips for the 2015 season of The B&E Show, Phil will capture his exploits around the globe alongside Henrik Harlaut and friends as they continue to raise the bar. Embarking on a 20-stop tour spanning North America, Europe and Asia in fall of 2015, Phil will personally present his season’s work to fans while spending time with the next generation of skiers.
