The second annual iF3 Whistler Blackcomb is upon us, going down October 10-11 in (you guessed it) Whistler, B.C.
The event—hosted this year by GoPro, Whistler Blackcomb, Red Bull, K2 and Gibbons Life—features indoor and outdoor film screenings, plus an Old School Hip-Hop Party and also the Red Bull x K2 x Sean Pettit Rocker Party. If the festivities are anything like their counterparts in Montreal, this year’s bash is not to be missed. i.e. This season’s collection of films is phenomenal, and the partying in Montreal was absolutely next level. I’m certain Whistler will not disappoint in the latter regard.
Festivities kick off on Friday, October 10 with a free outdoor screening in Olympic Plaza. Indoor screenings will be held at the Rainbow Theatre in Whistler Village on Saturday, October 11. Tickets for the various events can be purchased via if3festival.com/whistler.
Those of you in B.C. or the PNW should certainly consider making the trek up to Whis’ this weekend. Good times are waiting.

This fun-filled night will bring back the best music from old school hip-hop eras with live musicians interacting with the DJ and MC along with a costume contest.”
