Dragon breathes new fire into ski team, signs Quitiquit and Turski

Dragon announced the signings of Sierra Quitiquit and Kaya Turski to its freeski team today. Big-mountain skier Quitiquit just unveiled her film How Did I Get Here?, an honest tale of her life thus far as a skier and model. Quitiquit, one of today’s pre-eminent big-mountain skiers who has appeared in films from Warren Miller and Sweetgrass Productions, says of her new partnership: “From aesthetics to technology, Dragon is leading the way and I am so stoked to be joining the best eyewear brand in the market. Goggles are a hugely important part of skiing to me and Dragon is so on point right now, the styles, lens technology and their initiatives to grow in skiing really drew me to the brand.”

Turski is an eight-time X Games slopestyle gold medalist, and has been one of the toughest competitor on the women’s circuit for years. “I’m so excited to be joining the Dragon family,” says Turski. “I really respect that they’re a core company concentrated on the athletes and creating functional, stylish product.”
