In early March, the 2012 Red Bull Cold Rush drew a handful of the world's best skiers to Silverton, CO. For two days the athletes threw down in a whirlwind of mind-boggling action. Tune in to NBC tomorrow, March 24 at 1:00 PM EST and witness the madness for yourself. Between the cliff hucks, rowdy lines, massive manmade features in the pristine Silverton backcountry and the gratuitous slow-motion heli-shots, it's sure to be a solid program.
During the broadcast, be sure to keep an eye out for the release of a special film trailer. Said film, which is being put together by MSP and Red Bull Media House, explores the life of the late Shane McConkey.
