Kaya Turski, the 2011 Skier of the Year, has been nominated for an ESPY for Best Female Action Sports Athlete. Kaya is in contention for the award along with snowboarders Jamie Anderson and Kelly Clark, and surfer Carissa Moore.

ESPN recounts Kaya's recent achivements: "The most dominant female in ski slopestyle's young history, Kaya Turski successfully defended her 2011 golds at both Winter X 2012 and Winter X Tignes 2012, giving her three-peats in the two events. She also won both Dew Tour women's ski slopestyle competitions, claiming the overall Dew Tour slopestyle crown."

Do skiers proud and vote for Kaya now, right here. Voting ends on July 9, 11:59 PM/ET.
