New Hampshire’s Tuckerman Ravine—arguably the single most iconic skiing destination east of the Mississippi—is wonderfully filled in this spring after a snowy winter, and East Coast rippers are taking full advantage. The ravine is located on 6,288-foot Mt. Washington, the highest peak in the Northeastern U.S., and was first skied back in 1899, or perhaps even earlier. All these years later, it’s awesome to see folks still tearing the zone up—arcing turns down 45-degree pitches and teeing off some of the East’s biggest cliffs.
