Overall Score: 17.4

The second version of the deep-seeking Salomon Rocker is even more insatiable than the original. The wide waist and rocker tip and tail create buttery smooth tracks in powder. Click for full review and scores.

#3. Atomic — Bent Chetler

Overall Score: 17.3

Like its namesake, Chris Benchetler, this ski is all high performance. A halfcap construction in the tip and tail reduces swing weight and makes it a very playful ski while also protecting against chipping. Click for full review and scores.

#4. Line — Mr. Pollard’s Opus

Overall Score: 17.3

Called “one of the best skis Line has ever created” by a tester, Mr. Pollard’s Opus is the technological masterpiece of pro skier and artist Eric Pollard. Click for full review and scores.

#5. K2 — Hellbent

Overall Score: 17.1

With a 132mm waist, the Hellbent is devilishly fun on pow days. But don’t be surprised to see it all over the mountain. Click for full review and scores.

#6. Rossignol — Super 7

Overall Score: 17.1

This beefed-up version of the cult classic S7 is all the more fun for larger hard chargers. Click for full review and scores.

#7. Volkl — Shiro

Overall Score: 17.0

“Shiro” is the Japanese word for the color white, and also the name of Volkl’s new powder ski. Appropriately, the Shiros love to spend time in the white room but they aren’t specific to one condition. Click for full review and scores.

#8. Fat-ypus — I-Rock

Overall Score: 16.8

You will certainly rock it with these powder boards strapped to your feet. Testers said the I-Rock “cruises through the pow like a true pimp” thanks to its rockered tip and tail. Click for full review and scores.

#9. Nordica — Radict

Overall Score: 16.5

The Radict is aptly named and aptly described by one tester: “If you’re rad, you may become addicted to this ski.” Click for full review and scores.

#10. K2 — ObSethed

Overall Score: 16.4

Our testers had a lot to say about this ski: “Buttery, yet surprisingly stable…light and playful, fun and fast.” That’s probably because Seth Morrison and K2 designed them to, well, be a lot of things. Click for full review and scores.
