Last Chance to Hit the Slopes Before End of Season!
Snow Summit Open through April 23 – Bear Mountain Closed for Season

(Big Bear Lake, Calif. – April 13, 2011) – The 2010/11 winter season is beginning to wrap up with Bear Mountain now closed for the season. Sister resort Snow Summit will remain open through April 23 for guests who want to take advantage of great spring skiing and riding conditions.

“Now is the time to grab your skis/boards and head up to Snow Summit for the last ride of the season,” said Chris Riddle, director of marketing for Big Bear Mountain Resorts. “We had some late winter storms that gave us a really solid snowpack. The snow coverage is excellent and the weather is beautiful. This is your last chance to hit the slopes this season — don’t miss out on some great Spring skiing.”

Bear Mountain closed Sunday April 10. Snow Summit will remain open through April 23. All season passes, including Bear Only season passes, are valid at Snow Summit. Your pass must be valid for the day of your visit.
