This past Saturday on a snowy afternoon in Vail, Freeskier Employees were joined by some of our Coors Beer & Gear contestants for an afternoon of celebration, complimentary Coors and a smorgasbord of eats. The reason for the festivities? We were announcing the winners for the 2009 Coors Beer & Gear contest as well as stoking out the crowd with a free pair of Liberty Skis. Not a bad apres party, right?
There was NO shortage of Rocky Mountain refreshment.
Come on in, grab a glass and have a couple beers on us.
The Dunner, Vail local and Coors enthusiast demonstrates that his glass is certainly more than half full.
You didn’t have to enter the contest to win big at this happy hour. Take this guy for example, all he did was enter a free raffle and danced home with a new pair of Liberty skis. Let’s review, free beer, free food and a free pair of skis. Yeah, that smile isn’t going to be leaving his face for a while.
Towards the end of the afternoon we announced the big winners to our 2009 Coors Beer & Gear photo contest. Stakes were high, there was a year’s supply of Coors & Coors Light on the line, a half-day photo shoot with a Freeskier photograher, a pair of Liberty skis as well as a complete outerwear setup from our friends at Spyder.
