APO Skis enters US market for winter 2012/13

Press Release, APO Skis — The European based group Snowide, owner of the ski and snowboard company APO, (www.apo-snow.com) is proud to announce their entry into the US market with the creation of Snowide North America. Snowide North America will be headquartered in Portland, Oregon and plans are in place to distribute the APO brand for the upcoming 2012/13 winter season. APO skis have been creating and building skis since 2008 with the ski development overseen by legendary ski shaper Eric “Bob” Bobrowicz with a quality finish at the Elan factory.

APO has already started to catch the attention of core park and freeride skiers alike with both Sammy Carlson, Willie Borm and Kai Mahler leading the charge along with the eye catching graphics and ultimately the strongest attribute being how well the product rides. Listings of the product have already appeared in the Freeskier Gear Guide for 2012/13.

Product will be ready to ship to retailers in September with the sales, customer service being handled out of Portland, allowing fast turn around time and lower shipping costs for the US retailers.

Plans are already underway for the 2013 SIA show in Denver and then the on snow demo at Winter Park.
