Bobby burst onto the freeskiing scene in 2010 when he became the first skier to ever take home gold in two X Games disciplines in the same year: big air and slopestyle. Since then, Brown has become one of the faces of slopestyle skiing, gracing podiums at events across the world, and balancing contests with shooting video, starring in films by Matchstick Productions and Poor Boyz Productions, too. Bobby is coming off of an ankle injury sustained in 2013, but steadily improved his strength and consistency throughout the Olympic qualifying process, bagging a few podiums along the way. Although expectations were high for Brown, he ended up with a 9th place finish in slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Olympics. Don’t think that’ll slow him down; Brown will be tearing up the Breckenridge terrain park on a regular basis when he returns to the States.
