Biography

Benoit Valentin is a french halfpipe skier who calls La Plagne home during the winter months. Valentin has found himself among the podium winners at several halfpipe events over his career, including the 2011 FIS World Cup in Kreischberg, 2011 Dew Tour in Snowbasin, 2011 FIS World Cup in La Plagne, 2012 US Grand Prix in Mammoth, 2012 New Zealand WinterGames in Cardrona and the 2012 TNF New Zealand Freeski Open in Cardrona. Valentin finished 10th in halfpipe at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
