Biography

Ayana Onozuka is the first-ever women’s Olympic bronze medalist in women’s halfpipe skiing. This 24-year-old from Japan is a consistent threat to stand on the podium at the end of any halfpipe event. After taking 2nd at the 2013 US Grand Prix in Park City, Ayana Onozuka has gone on to take 3rd at the 2013 FIS World Championships, 3rd at the 2013 Park and Pipe Open Series at Copper Mountain, 4th at the 2013 Dew Tour in Breckenridge, 2nd at the 2014 US Grand Prix in Breckenridge and 4th at the 2014 X Games in Aspen.
