The Savory 7 may be primarily a big-mountain freeride ski, but it performs well in all conditions. It combines a lightweight, paulownia wood core with Rossi’s new Air Tip technology, an air and honeycomb tip construction that reduces swing weight, making for a light and floaty ski. One tester was impressed with the weight reduction, saying it was a “bonus to super sturdy skis.” Another added that they were “agile and fun.” At 106 mm underfoot, this ski will charge both in and out of bounds, in a variety of conditions.
