Some skis come in with reviews all over the place. They perform differently for various skiing and skier types. The Katana is not in that basket. The reviews for the Katana were consistent enough to demand an investigation; we suspect cheating. Everyone gave the Katana a 3 for playfulness—its one weak point. Everyone also gave it between 4 and 5 for carving and stability. So you know it charges, especially for a full-rocker ski. It even comes in a 198 cm length for the psychos among us. The conclusion is obvious: If you like going down the hill fast, forward and rail to rail, the Katana has you covered, guaranteed.
