A huge lens to optimize the field of view. To minimize optical distortion the lobes lens is a perfectly shaped spherical surface. The lens is made of polycarbonate, perfectly tapered in thickness and cut to shape using computerized numerical control. Another thinner sheet of cellulose propionate is applied to the inside. Lenses are anti-fog and anti-scratch treated.
