This aluminum probe weighs 9.5 ounces, measures 240 centimeters when extended and packs down to a mere 40 centimeters. It measures 11 millimeters in diameter and utilizes Dyneema cord for a quick and strong draw line. Bonus points are earned for an EVA foam grip at the end.
The Pros: Foam grip.The Cons: Length is a little short for deep, coastal snow packs.
