K2 Spyne 130 Boot – 2014

FOR: Neutral
MSRP: $850

From the Editors of Freeskier:

This hard-charging, big-mountain boot comes in with a 130 flex and uses a rivet-free design in the spine. This allows a more efficient flex in the cuff and shell as well as seamless energy transfer while skiing varied terrain and conditions. It is offered in a 97- and 100-mm last to accommodate a variety of foot widths.

The Pros: Intuition liner creates very comfortable fit.
The Cons: Buckle on PowerCinch strap could be accidentally depressed, loosening strap.
