Power and stability are the name of the game for this unique park stick from Elan. Sandwich construction and a full woodcore give it the power and pop needed to mimic team rider Chris Laker on bigger park features. The Puzzle TBT utilizes Elan’s TBT (triple skiing-base technology) for a catch-free experience, making switch takeoffs and buttering onto rails easy as pie. While it’s a “really solid, stiff ski that’s pretty good at speeds,” the Puzzle TBT was found to be a bit on the heavy side. If you can handle the weight, when you get to the big leagues and a need a serious tool to get the job done, check it out.
