More than one tester deemed the Patron an excellent all-around ski. Its rocker-camber-rocker profile provides float in the deep and edge hold on the hardpack. Patron’s 113 mm underfoot and wide tip make it as fun as Nordica’s bigger Radict in the powder, but its user-friendly dimensions mean increased maneuverability and versatility. One tester did find them to be too soft, but another “couldn’t find anything unstable about these mid-fat skis.” A lightweight, yet durable full woodcore makes for an even flex, poppy rebound and playfulness unexpected for a ski this big.
